With the New Year happening, and after the stress of the festive season, we often reflect and make resolutions to make positive changes to our working or personal lives, to ensure that we do the best not only at work but at home too, sometimes these can be hard to action or stick to.
With this in mind we have invited Cara Phelps, a trained cognitive hypnotherapist, who specialises in the prevention of stress and burnout in working mums. Instead of striving for balance and trying to do it all she helps women create harmony in all areas in their lives and putting them back in control of the future.
This session will focus on achieving this with simple tools that can be applied in every day life to ensure you get 2026 off to the right start.
There is plenty of opportunity to talk and ask questions, on this subject and over coffee and lunch we often find that there are many personal connections made where we can all help each other in work or live conundrums, be it a contact we have up our sleeve or a piece of advice we can give.
The event will start at 10.30 am to meet and mingle with the talk starting at 11.00
We will then break for lunch at 12.15 where the kitchen have created a menu especially for the day.
Tickets are £37 per person and spaces are limited to allow a chance for everyone to meet and talk.
